Provide sales support and pricing analysis for North American manufacturing customers: prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and reports; analyze costs and margins; interpret automotive component drawings; communicate with customers and cross-functional teams; document processes and recommend improvements.

Ensure manufactured products meet company and industry quality standards by developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and audits, analyzing quality data, driving corrective actions, training production staff, supporting new product quality input, and ensuring compliance with ISO and other quality management systems.

Provide advanced technical support for stamping operations, optimize transfer press processes and die performance, troubleshoot forming and transfer issues, lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement (TPS), support die tryouts and production launches, implement countermeasures to improve quality, productivity, and die life, and manage related engineering projects.
