Serves as the primary customer contact for assigned accounts, manages new-business project planning, prepares quotations, tracks pricing, analyzes costs and profitability, negotiates with customers, and oversees aftermarket pricing. The role maintains customer relationships, coordinates schedules and priorities, and ensures requirements are met. It requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and technical comprehension skills, with manufacturing experience and Japanese-English bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Main customer contact for one or more accounts
- Project planning and control for new business
- Develop and submit quotation details to customer.
- Maintain and track pricing changes / history for all parts
- Conduct cost and profit analysis
- Negotiate with customers
- Responsible for aftermarket / service part pricing
- Manage priorities and schedule to ensure customer requirements are met
- Build customer relationships and ability to understand customer needs and requirements

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- B.S. degree in a technical field.
Technical Competencies:
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- CMS experience is a plus
- High level of mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
