Manage and convert online automotive sales leads through phone, email, text, and digital platforms. Build customer rapport, schedule appointments, guide buyers through online and in-store processes, maintain CRM records, follow up consistently, support digital inventory presentation, and coordinate with the sales team to deliver a seamless vehicle-buying experience.

Acquire used vehicle inventory by engaging service-drive customers and vehicle owners, appraising vehicles, presenting and negotiating purchase offers, and closing acquisitions.
