Manages and grows a portfolio of customer accounts by retaining existing business, identifying expansion opportunities, and prospecting new customers. Sells forklifts, industrial equipment, racking, automation, service, rental, and connected digital solutions. Builds relationships with multiple customer stakeholders, develops account growth plans, provides consultative solutions, maintains sales pipelines, forecasts opportunities, and meets revenue and performance targets.

Manages select existing accounts, identifies expansion opportunities, engages operational decision-makers, maintains CRM records, and achieves sales and activity targets.

Support the sales team by coordinating vendors, researching pricing, preparing accurate quotations and proposals, managing opportunities in CRM, and ensuring timely customer communication to drive revenue growth.

Manage service department billing tasks: post labor hours, obtain POs, close work orders, process warranty claims, coordinate with technicians and service managers, and provide administrative support.
