Partners with branch and operations leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, talent management, engagement, organizational change, benefits and leave administration, and HR compliance. Investigates complex employee concerns, advises on policies and employment laws, supports succession planning and organizational development, and serves as an escalation point for HR Generalists while traveling regularly to assigned branches.

Drives new customer acquisition and revenue growth within an assigned territory through cold calling, lead generation, consultative selling, and closing. Promotes forklifts, industrial equipment, racking, automation, service, rental, Dock & Door, and digital solutions. Manages a limited number of existing accounts, identifies expansion opportunities, builds relationships with operational decision-makers, maintains CRM pipeline data, and meets sales and conversion targets.

Manages and grows a portfolio of customer accounts by retaining existing business, identifying expansion opportunities, and prospecting new customers. Sells forklifts, industrial equipment, racking, automation, service, rental, and connected digital solutions. Builds relationships with multiple customer stakeholders, develops account growth plans, provides consultative solutions, maintains sales pipelines, forecasts opportunities, and meets revenue and performance targets.
