Provide front-line customer service and process retail banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments). Handle cash accurately, reconcile cash drawer, follow AML/BSA regulations, resolve customer issues, and support branch operations. Assist with other assigned duties.

Greet and direct members, operate the main telephone switchboard, handle basic typing and copying tasks, assist branch/department staff with daily duties, and adhere to federal banking regulations including AML/BSA.

The Treasury Management Advisor is responsible for driving treasury services revenue, supporting sales processes, assessing cash management needs, and ensuring member satisfaction through strategic treasury solutions.
