Provides administrative, loan documentation, portfolio management, compliance, and customer support for commercial bankers. Assists with underwriting, loan closings, deposit account openings, credit reports, relationship summaries, account maintenance, referrals, vendor tracking, and regulatory requirements including BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC.

Entry-level leadership development program for bachelor's and master's graduates in banking. Participants complete headquarters training, job rotations, special projects, classroom and online learning, mentoring, community involvement, and on-the-job training in a selected track such as retail banking, commercial banking, mortgage, insurance, audit, accounting, technology, or risk management.

Performs daily and monthly general ledger reconciliations for loan accounts, compiles reports, researches and clears outstanding entries, and identifies unusual activity. Provides transaction-entry guidance and training to bank employees while delivering internal and external member service. Requires financial or accounting experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, independent judgment, and knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
