Manage and enhance the bank’s risk-based Compliance Assurance Program. Lead compliance testing schedules, methodologies, workpaper reviews, issue management, corrective-action validation, regulatory risk assessments, reporting, and regulatory exam preparation. Supervise and develop compliance professionals, ensure testing quality and consistency, communicate findings to business lines and senior leaders, and support compliance with banking regulations including AML and BSA.

Investigates suspicious check and deposit activity using alerts, referrals, transaction histories, bank systems, and open-source searches. Prepares investigation narratives, supporting documentation, SARs for FinCEN, and case recommendations. Conducts follow-up reviews, monitors compromised accounts, supports branch personnel with fraud incidents, and processes SAR referrals while adhering to AML, BSA, and regulatory requirements.

Conducts full-cycle recruiting for TowneBank and affiliates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring-manager partnership, onboarding, and HRIS data entry. Coordinates high-touch onboarding for strategic hires, career fairs, temporary staffing, employee transfers, and affirmative action initiatives. Ensures compliance with employment regulations and AML requirements while improving recruiting processes and maintaining confidentiality.
