Leads and coordinates municipal sustainability programs, including NetZero initiatives, energy and environmental projects, policy implementation, performance monitoring, grant funding, public engagement, training, and cross-department collaboration. The role manages sustainable capital projects, promotes conservation and recycling programs, supports sustainability reporting and benchmarking, and facilitates partnerships with town boards, committees, residents, agencies, and other stakeholders.

Provides case management and social support to Ashland residents, including intake assessments, benefits assistance, resource referrals, follow-up, home visits, and documentation. Coordinates with food, emergency assistance, substance response, hoarding task force, town departments, and community providers. Maintains resident relationships, identifies unmet needs, supports community programs, and records encounters in MySeniorCenter.
