Manage day-to-day branch operations to meet KPIs, safety and regulatory compliance. Oversee fleet maintenance, inspections, dispatching, payroll and employee records. Track driver metrics, enforce discipline, coach staff, streamline processes, and use operational and fleet management software to drive performance and reliability.

Support safety managers by handling workers' compensation claims, accident investigations, safety inspections, audits, incident tracking, and training recordkeeping. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations (including OSHA), provide administrative support, and help maintain safety data and continuous improvement initiatives. Must hold a valid driver's license and meet company insurance approval.

Monitor driver performance and safety alerts, handle driver calls and complaints, track attendance and dispatch in spreadsheets, escalate issues to Supervisors/Safety, assist with team huddles and coaching, and help maintain smooth, safe, customer-focused operations.

Recruit, evaluate, onboard, and train professional drivers for AVmobility.ai. Monitor driver performance (KPIs, attendance, Lyft Dashboard, map zoning), track metrics, handle Samsara camera safety alerts, maintain vehicle readiness (cleaning, charging), teach vehicle tools/apps, and escalate operational issues to management.
