Supports employees, managers, and leadership with day-to-day HR needs, including employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, performance concerns, compliance, leave administration, ADA accommodations, FMLA/CFRA coordination, documentation, and HRIS workflows. Maintains employee data, prepares reports, supports Paylocity, and improves HR processes while providing confidential, organized, and practical guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Supports daily WAV operations by coordinating teams and WAV Monitors, assisting with employee and driver training, resolving real-time issues, maintaining safety and customer-service standards, and reporting vehicle maintenance needs. The role provides frontline operational support, promotes effective communication and teamwork, and requires an active driver’s license, insurance approval, adaptability, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Recruit, evaluate, onboard, and train professional drivers for AVmobility.ai. Monitor driver performance (KPIs, attendance, Lyft Dashboard, map zoning), track metrics, handle Samsara camera safety alerts, maintain vehicle readiness (cleaning, charging), teach vehicle tools/apps, and escalate operational issues to management.
