Provides on-call campus security coverage, including patrols, surveillance monitoring, emergency response, incident investigation and reporting, access and traffic management, first aid, event support, and safety drills. Maintains a visible security presence and helps protect students, staff, visitors, buildings, and property while coordinating with school personnel and emergency responders.

Supports the school’s daily financial operations, including accounts payable, purchasing cards, student billing, accounts receivable, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activities. Maintains documentation, follows internal controls, responds to financial inquiries, researches discrepancies, supports month-end and year-end close, and assists with audits and reporting. The role requires accuracy, organization, confidentiality, strong follow-through, and service-oriented communication.

Provide classroom coverage for preschool through upper school students by following lesson plans, maintaining a positive learning environment, and completing assigned teacher duties. Proctors support classroom operations under the direction of remote instructors. Flexibility for short-notice scheduling is important, and candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, plus experience working with groups of children.
