Build destination expertise, use internal planning and booking tools, meet monthly sales targets, and contribute to Tourlane’s U.S. market expansion. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer focus, entrepreneurial initiative, adaptability, and sales-closing ability.

Owns high-impact strategy and transformation projects, prepares executive and board materials, leads strategic reviews, tracks OKRs, manages customer metrics including NPS, and translates data into decisions. The role partners cross-functionally with commercial, product, technology, operations, and finance teams to drive execution and company-wide priorities in a scale-up environment.
