Lead Tourlane's North America commercial expansion by delivering five strategic mandates within 12 months: expand state licensing, improve NPS, reduce cancellations via retention levers, optimize US account management, and evaluate B2B entry. Build market intelligence cadence, execute plans with measurable outcomes, and report to Country Lead and HQ.

Own and execute regional supply strategy for assigned territory: source and contract suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, optimize digital supply chains and API integrations, manage supplier operations, and drive KPIs for revenue, margin, conversion and digitization. Collaborate cross-functionally, anticipate supply risks, and deliver quarterly milestones supporting product launches and market expansion.

Lead North America go-to-market execution: secure state licensing, diagnose and improve NPS and retention, optimize account management, evaluate B2B entry, and build market intelligence. Deliver measurable outcomes within 12 months and work closely with the Country Lead and HQ to scale the business and enable future Canada expansion.

Own first- and second-level IT support; automate and optimize onboarding/offboarding and SaaS lifecycle; manage MDM and internal tools; collaborate with HR, Finance, and Engineering; participate in roadmap planning; mentor junior staff and improve tooling, audits, and documentation.
