Provides welcoming front-desk service at a climbing gym by checking in visitors, managing waivers and reservations, processing memberships and transactions, selling merchandise, answering inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting gym safety and team operations.

Welcomes members and guests, manages waivers, check-ins, memberships, transactions, reservations, calls, and emails. Provides customer service, sells merchandise and climbing gear, supports gym safety standards, maintains cleanliness, and contributes to a positive team environment. This part-time role requires flexible evening and weekend availability, climbing knowledge, computer and POS proficiency, multitasking ability, and a friendly, self-directed approach.

Provide safe, attentive support in a climbing gym: teach Intro to Climbing classes, administer belay tests, perform safety walks, supervise and belay groups, assist with front desk/retail and facility upkeep, and work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
