Provide safe, attentive support in a climbing gym: teach Intro to Climbing classes, administer belay tests, perform safety walks, supervise and belay groups, assist with front desk/retail and facility upkeep, and work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.

Greet members and guests, check waivers, process memberships and transactions, manage reservations, sell retail gear, maintain gym cleanliness and safety, handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, and support team operations.

Lead and operate Aisle 19 bouldering gym: hire, train, and mentor staff; manage operations, budgets, and facility maintenance; build community through events and member engagement; collaborate with marketing to grow the gym.
