Coordinates title products and conducts independent property-record research for survey, utility, infrastructure, and right-of-way projects. Reviews deeds, easements, title commitments, encumbrances, and recorded documents; identifies ownership gaps and discrepancies; interprets legal descriptions; performs preliminary mapping and spatial review; compares title information with GIS and survey materials; tracks orders and communicates findings to project teams.

Processes, analyzes, validates, and quality-controls LiDAR, point cloud, aerial imagery, and other geospatial datasets. Produces maps, terrain and surface models, contours, orthomosaics, 3D models, and infrastructure-focused deliverables. Supports GIS data management, utility GIS, spatial analysis, schema development, web maps, field data solutions, and automation using Python and related tools. Collaborates with engineers, surveyors, GIS professionals, and project managers to troubleshoot data issues and improve repeatable geospatial workflows.

Work alongside engineers on real client projects across civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, surveying, and engineering technology. Support design, analysis, drafting, field data collection, GIS, power system studies, permitting, and construction-phase tasks while receiving mentorship and professional development.
