Manages daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, reporting, reconciliations, payments, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and financial close processes. Prepares financial statements, supports external audits, monitors cash flow and liquidity, maintains confidential financial data, and improves accounting procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Sources suppliers and purchases goods, materials, and services while managing purchase orders, inventory demand, logistics, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations. Monitors supplier performance, quality, delivery, pricing, and compliance; identifies cost-saving opportunities; collaborates with finance, operations, and logistics; maintains procurement data in ERP and purchasing systems; and prepares spend and procurement reports.

Coordinates training, crew movements, travel, accommodation, immigration documentation, compliance records, QMS documentation, audits, suppliers, and business-manager support. Maintains schedules, trackers, records, dashboards, invoices, action lists, and expiry reminders; follows up on delays and corrective actions; prepares reports and correspondence; and escalates discrepancies, compliance concerns, and matters requiring approval.
