Support personnel administration for the full employee lifecycle for a large client (500+ employees). Maintain employee records, prepare documentation, update HR systems, support payroll, respond to HR inquiries, ensure legal compliance, and liaise with public authorities. Hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Cluj-Napoca at least two days per week.
