Leads complex IT and technology projects from scope definition through delivery. Responsibilities include planning schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and changes; coordinating distributed teams and vendors; managing stakeholder and client communications; tracking KPIs and SLAs; preparing executive reporting; and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. The role also supports governance, continuous improvement, mentoring, and delivery of projects across IT, finance, operations, systems implementation, and transformation.
