Manage daily sales operations including order management, RFQ and quote support, CRM activity, pricing execution, KPI reporting, ERP automation projects, customer inquiries, and commercial process improvements to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Build, maintain, and improve Python- and SQL-based data tools, pipelines, and dashboards to support production planning and scheduling. Automate manual planning tasks, ensure data accuracy across ERP systems, prototype AI-assisted decision-support tools, and partner with operations to analyze demand, capacity, and production performance.

Lead new product design, prototype manufacturing, and transfer to high-volume production. Apply engineering principles, SPC, FMEA, and continuous improvement; lead cross-functional teams, document results, develop procedures, and support suppliers, customers, and training.
