The role supports affiliate growth, attends industry events, and requires travel of up to 75%.

Lead and manage Victim Support Services delivering trauma‑informed forensic interviews and documentation for survivors in mass tort litigation. Oversee operations, training, quality assurance, law‑firm partnerships, staffing, budgets, and continuous improvement.

Represent consumers in FCRA and FDCPA litigation and debt-defense matters. Manage a caseload of 50+ cases: identify violations, draft and file complaints and discovery, attend hearings, negotiate resolutions, communicate with clients, support corporate compliance, and educate marketing on FCRA referral opportunities.
