Manage law firm operations including personnel, payroll, time-off, attorney and client scheduling, onboarding and managing Of Counsel attorneys, client communications, expense and billable tracking, and firm-wide process improvement and KPI development to increase efficiency.

Lead and manage Victim Support Services delivering trauma‑informed forensic interviews and documentation for survivors in mass tort litigation. Oversee operations, training, quality assurance, law‑firm partnerships, staffing, budgets, and continuous improvement.

Represent consumers in FCRA and FDCPA litigation: draft and file complaints, handle discovery, attend hearings, negotiate resolutions, manage client communications, and support corporate compliance and marketing referral efforts. Expected to manage a caseload of 50+ debt defense matters while collaborating with a distributed legal team.
