Provides direct nursing care to patients in a TCU setting using the nursing process, established protocols, and individualized care plans. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, infection prevention, patient and family education, mobility and rehabilitation support, tube and stoma care, behavior and delirium management, interdisciplinary coordination, documentation, safety compliance, and professional development.

Provides direct nursing care to medical/surgical and bariatric patients using the nursing process. Assesses patient status, administers medications, maintains IV access, manages symptoms and complications, educates patients and families, supports discharge planning, and coordinates with interdisciplinary teams. Ensures infection prevention, patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and professional development standards.

Provides RN case management for an assigned patient caseload, coordinating utilization management, transitions of care, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary communication. Assesses patient needs, develops discharge plans, supports appropriate care settings, manages length of stay, documents in the EHR, educates patients and families, and coordinates with payers and post-acute providers to promote quality outcomes and cost-effective care.
