Develop and grow physical sesame trading across Japan and South Korea by acquiring customers, sourcing from African and Asian origins, negotiating contracts, managing trading positions and margins, and coordinating shipments, documentation, quality, finance, and collections. The role requires established buyer relationships, an existing sales book, strong knowledge of sesame grades and pricing, international trade expertise, and regular travel to destination markets and sourcing origins.

Lead commercial growth of the cashew business across the UK and Middle East by developing sales strategy, acquiring and expanding accounts, negotiating international commodity contracts, managing trader relationships, monitoring market drivers, preparing forecasts and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Frequent international travel to customers, trade fairs, and suppliers required.

Develops B2B sales for edible nuts across Austria and selected European markets. Responsibilities include acquiring industrial food customers, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring commodity markets, coordinating sourcing and fulfillment, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, forecasting sales, managing margins and credit exposure, and supporting new product development. Requires regular travel, fluent German and English, and strong food ingredients or agricultural commodities experience.

Manage TORQ’s India HR function across the full employee lifecycle, including HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, learning and development, reporting, and engagement. Partner with business leaders and international HR teams to improve processes, support workforce planning, maintain compliant documentation, and build a professional, high-performance culture.

Manage day-to-day accounting, including general ledger, payables, receivables, invoicing, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close activities. Support reporting, tax and statutory compliance, audits, payroll accounting, fixed assets, banking, intercompany transactions, and commodity trading accounting. The role also contributes to process improvements, internal controls, documentation, and ad hoc financial analysis in an international business environment.

Own the commercial launch and growth of Terre Delice across the UK and Europe. Lead sales, distribution, account negotiations, digital marketplaces, direct-to-consumer growth, brand marketing delivery, pricing, promotions, revenue, margin and team building. Establish retail, wholesale and grocery distribution, manage agencies, expand European channels and report performance to the Founder. The role is full-time office-based in London with travel across the UK and Europe.

The Coffee Trader sources green coffee, manages trading positions, builds relationships with partners, and analyzes market trends to optimize trading operations.
