Manage day-to-day accounting, including general ledger, payables, receivables, invoicing, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close activities. Support reporting, tax and statutory compliance, audits, payroll accounting, fixed assets, banking, intercompany transactions, and commodity trading accounting. The role also contributes to process improvements, internal controls, documentation, and ad hoc financial analysis in an international business environment.

Part-time Office Manager and Personal Assistant supporting office operations and the Director’s professional, personal, travel, and family-related arrangements. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, supplies, records, meetings, international itineraries, calendars, confidential correspondence, apartment research, relocation support, errands, and occasional school transportation. The role requires strong organisation, discretion, flexibility, communication skills, a valid driving licence, and regular physical presence.

Own the commercial launch and growth of Terre Delice across the UK and Europe. Lead sales, distribution, account negotiations, digital marketplaces, direct-to-consumer growth, brand marketing delivery, pricing, promotions, revenue, margin and team building. Establish retail, wholesale and grocery distribution, manage agencies, expand European channels and report performance to the Founder. The role is full-time office-based in London with travel across the UK and Europe.
