Toro TMS Benefits Overview
Paid Time Off Toro TMS offers unlimited PTO. In addition, Toro TMS recognizes 11 federal holidays off each year: New Year's Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days) and Christmas (2 days). Parental Leave Toro TMS offers 12 weeks of parental leave for primary caregivers and 6 weeks of parental leave for non-primary caregivers for the birth or adoption of a child. Employees are eligible for this benefit after 1 year of employment at Toro TMS. Medical Toro TMS’s health insurance provider is Aetna. Four different plans are available, three PPO and one POS, each with different co-pays and deductibles. Toro TMS contributes 100% of the Gold Plan equivalent premiums for employees and 50% of the premiums for dependents. Plans can be viewed and enrolled in via Justworks. Dental Toro TMS provides two different PPO plans for dental insurance. The first plan is Aetna Dental PPO/PDN with PPO II Network. The second is MetLife PDP Plus. Both can be viewed and enrolled in via Justworks. Vision Toro TMS offers vision insurance via the MetLife Vision PPO. This plan can be viewed and enrolled in via Justworks. Life Insurance Toro TMS pays for a Basic Life Insurance plan through MetLife with a coverage amount of $25,000. 401(k) Policy Employees are immediately eligible for Toro TMS’s 401(k) upon their start date. The plan is managed by Empower and can be accessed via Justworks. Free FFC Membership Employees based in our Chicago office are eligible for a free FFC membership.
