Represents plaintiff-side personal injury, elder abuse, and employment law clients through pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, expert preparation, hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation. The attorney independently manages cases, develops litigation strategy, analyzes medical records and causation, communicates with clients and legal professionals, and advocates in California state and federal courts.

Negotiate and reduce medical liens for personal injury clients by reviewing billing and lien documentation, identifying discrepancies, coordinating with attorneys and legal staff, and maintaining accurate negotiation records. The role requires expertise in statutory liens, medical billing, negotiation strategies, strong communication and organization skills, independent judgment, and bilingual Spanish proficiency.

Conduct outbound calls to mass tort clients, assist with surveys and questionnaires, collect medical records, track responses, document communications, follow up on outstanding information, and escalate case-specific concerns. The role requires confidentiality, accurate recordkeeping, deadline management, and collaboration with attorneys and case staff, without providing legal advice or performing substantive legal work.
