Provides senior-level litigation support for plaintiff personal injury cases, independently managing attorney desks, court and discovery calendars, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, electronic filing and service, trial preparation, and compliance with California procedural rules.

Manage pre-litigation plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Maintain case files, coordinate medical treatment, gather records and evidence, communicate with clients and case stakeholders, prepare legal correspondence, handle property damage claims and lien negotiations, and track deadlines and follow-ups. Provide compassionate client service while collaborating with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution.

Supports plaintiff personal injury cases through pre-litigation and settlement by opening client files, reporting insurance claims, notifying lien holders, drafting representation letters, requesting police reports, ordering medical records and bills, and communicating with insurers and providers. Also provides administrative and case management support while collaborating with attorneys and case managers. Spanish-English bilingual communication, organization, multitasking, and professional client service are required.
