Designs and implements production machine-learning workflows for semantic search, classification, entity resolution, retrieval, embeddings, and RAG. Builds reliable AI services, integrates models with data and backend systems, evaluates mission performance, and supports deployment, monitoring, versioning, and MLOps practices. The role also contributes to architecture decisions and may support defense, intelligence, or mission-focused environments.

Own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, deployment workflows, container orchestration, secure networking, system hardening, and observability across multiple environments. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, lead root-cause resolution, support patching and vulnerability scanning, and deploy systems into secure or mission environments. The role requires strong experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes or ECS, Terraform, Linux administration, scripting, and networking fundamentals, with classified-environment and MLOps experience valued.

Design branded assets for social media, digital advertising, recruiting, presentations, internal communications, print collateral, and events. Organize reusable templates and creative assets, collaborate with marketing to maintain brand consistency, and support general marketing initiatives. The role requires graphic design program enrollment, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva proficiency, typography and layout skills, digital and print production knowledge, communication, and self-direction. Figma, motion graphics, video editing, and basic web design are valuable additional experience.

Implements and evaluates machine learning components under senior guidance, supporting data preparation, feature engineering, NLP/NLU experiments, retrieval and LLM pipelines, and model evaluation. Contributes to prototype and production AI services using Python and ML frameworks. Learns deployment, containerization, API, monitoring, and model lifecycle practices while participating in code reviews, sprint planning, documentation, and collaborative software development.
