Design, build, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs (Python or Java). Own feature delivery, optimize SQL/NoSQL schemas, contribute to CI/CD and containerized deployments, troubleshoot systems, document APIs, and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with DevOps, security, and platform teams to deliver secure, production-ready services.

Design and implement end-to-end ML/NLP workflows (semantic search, classification, entity resolution, retrieval/RAG). Build production AI services, integrate with data/backend systems, support deployment/monitoring/versioning, evaluate performance, and contribute to architecture and mission-aligned solutions.

Develop and maintain backend services using Python or Java. Build and consume RESTful APIs, work with SQL/NoSQL databases, implement ETL/data transformations, write testable code, participate in code reviews, use Git and CI/CD practices, and support integrations and debugging in mission-driven environments.
