Manage reception, mail, visitor log, conference room scheduling, Concur travel administration, expatriate relocation and visa tracking, event coordination, and various office and website administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with export screening and support companywide and community programs.

Front-desk and administrative role supporting the Technical Division: greet visitors, manage visitor/export-screening records, route calls, coordinate travel/expense reports, manage documentation, organize division events and conference rooms, run inter-building courier service, and support corporate events. Requires MS Office proficiency and some Adobe experience.
