Provides analytical and engineering support for plant operations, manufacturing efficiency, yield improvement, cost reduction, capacity planning, and production forecasting. Conducts process mapping, time studies, KPI analysis, bottleneck analysis, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Supports factory layout, equipment and manpower planning, dashboards, manufacturing databases, and cross-functional process improvement projects in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment.

Reviews and administers customer purchase orders and contracts, identifies contractual and compliance risks, communicates exceptions, supports negotiations, and maintains contract records. Coordinates with sales, quality, technical, and management teams to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Performs due diligence, supports audits, tracks sales activity, and leads process improvement initiatives. Requires contract administration experience, export-control knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and occasional travel.
