Performs professional accounting functions, including fixed-asset tracking and depreciation, general-ledger reconciliation, journal entries, inventory support, management reporting, audit documentation, and accounts-payable backup. Maintains accounting records and documentation, prepares financial reports, and applies IFRS accounting practices. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and integrated financial/MRP systems. The role is primarily office-based with occasional movement through production areas.

Stabilize and optimize polymerization, recovery, and spinning production processes by monitoring process and quality data, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, implementing countermeasures, preparing condition tables, supporting test productions, developing automated reports, interacting with MES, and managing capital projects and MOC for the spinning department.

Provide electrical engineering support for plant maintenance: troubleshoot equipment, design/process improvement support, manage capital projects and MOC, ensure electrical integrity and safety compliance, collaborate with consultants and reliability teams to improve plant performance.

Provide internal communications and administrative support: produce and edit internal publications, manage corporate web/social pages, support employee engagement and events, take meeting notes, assist receptionist duties, and support General Affairs activities.
