Perform guided composite materials R&D tasks including sample preparation, testing, data collection and analysis, equipment maintenance, documentation, and supporting technology transfer and patent preparation. Maintain lab safety, coordinate purchases and reports, and support senior scientists in project and capital investment activities.

The Sales Coordinator I will manage customer orders, coordinate product shipments, and support the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

Coordinate customer purchase orders and shipments (domestic and international), track production and certifications, communicate with carriers and customers, maintain order records and ERP data, collaborate cross-functionally, and support sales operations to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries.

Front-desk and administrative role supporting the Technical Division: greet visitors, manage visitor/export-screening records, route calls, coordinate travel/expense reports, manage documentation, organize division events and conference rooms, run inter-building courier service, and support corporate events. Requires MS Office proficiency and some Adobe experience.

Stabilize and optimize polymerization, recovery, and spinning production processes by monitoring process and quality data, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, implementing countermeasures, preparing condition tables, supporting test productions, developing automated reports, interacting with MES, and managing capital projects and MOC for the spinning department.
