Supports Sales Operations through business analysis, technology project coordination, reporting, analytics, process improvement, and Prepreg account coordination. Gathers requirements, coordinates cross-functional implementations, monitors project risks, improves ERP/CRM workflows and reporting, and analyzes operational data. Manages customer requirements, quotes, orders, pricing, documentation, compliance, fulfillment issues, and account communications while maintaining accurate systems data. Collaborates with Sales, customers, Compliance, Contracts, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

Supports internal communications through newsletters, digital signage, intranet, social media, and organizational publications. Provides administrative support to senior leaders and General Affairs, including meeting notes, event planning, donation campaigns, community responsibility activities, audits, and website administration. Maintains company shop and branding guidelines, supports receptionist duties, and communicates safety committee updates. Requires strong editing, organization, confidentiality, software, and communication skills.

Coordinates customer purchase orders, order fulfillment, shipment scheduling, delivery updates, and customer follow-up. Reviews documentation for compliance, tracks products through production and testing, communicates with logistics providers, maintains ERP and order records, and supports sales operations. The role collaborates with production, planning, accounting, quality, contracts, and compliance teams while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant customer deliveries.
