Retrieve, inspect, bag, seal, and box parts; tend trim press and pack machines; stage packaging; fill labels and flow bills; move skids with pallet jacks; follow safety and quality procedures; assist operators and train new employees; perform repetitive physical tasks and overtime as required.

Plan and schedule production orders using the ERP system to meet customer demand, minimize downtime and changeovers, manage inventory levels, support ERP implementation, produce status reports, lead scheduling meetings, and participate in continuous improvement and audit activities.
