Lead and manage outsourced payroll processing, ensure compliance with payroll laws, resolve payroll discrepancies, supervise payroll staff, analyze payroll data, liaise with finance and vendors, and lead payroll-related projects and system implementations.

Supports printing press operations for flexible packaging by preparing raw materials, inks, cylinders, components, and job kits. Assists with press setup, changeovers, splicing, roll handling, quality checks, housekeeping, and maintenance. Maintains ink viscosity and levels, follows safety and PPE procedures, secures finished rolls, and provides backup press operation. Participates in continuous improvement activities and cross-functional production support.

Manage client relationships, business reviews, project delivery, schedules, quality, financials, forecasting, and profitability for assigned accounts. Identify upsell and growth opportunities, support strategic account planning, coordinate internal teams, improve processes, and ensure accurate, timely brand execution deliverables. The role requires client servicing experience, strong communication and stakeholder management, Bahasa Indonesia fluency, English proficiency, and onsite work in Jakarta.
