Supports flexographic press operation by staging components and materials, monitoring print quality, tracking film usage, applying roll documentation, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a safe production area. The assistant follows packout and customer specifications, identifies defects, and may cover Press Operator duties or train new assistants. The role requires physical stamina, safe work habits, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while working rotating 12-hour shifts.

Prepare, clean, and stage printing press components; sort and place materials; troubleshoot setup issues; make basic process adjustments; maintain quality, safety, and an organized work area; assist other departments and follow supervisor-assigned duties.

Prepare consolidated financial statements and support month-end/year-end close. Maintain fixed asset and lease subledgers (ASC 842) in Dynamics 365, perform consolidation and intercompany eliminations, research technical accounting issues, liaise with auditors, tax providers, and risk teams, and strengthen internal controls.
