Provides administrative and HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits and payroll assistance, attendance tracking, employee communications, HRIS support, training coordination, and policy compliance. The role also supports reception coverage, employee appreciation activities, and community events while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.

Oversee thermoforming production operations, employee coordination, safety, quality assurance, machine reliability, scheduling, material flow, and continuous improvement. Lead shift employees, conduct QA testing, verify machine parameters, manage production metrics, support troubleshooting and maintenance, enforce GMP and safety procedures, and address process or equipment issues. The role requires manufacturing and thermoforming experience, leadership ability, strong communication, and excellent attendance.

Serve as the technical lead between customers and TOPPAN to develop and commercialize flexible packaging solutions. Lead NPD, pilot and production trials, translate customer needs into specifications, manage projects, drive cost and performance improvements, maintain customer relationships, and support technical service and documentation across domestic and international stakeholders.
