Manage purchasing, demand planning, inventory levels, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and delivery expediting. Analyze procurement and inventory data to identify trends, efficiencies, and cost savings; resolve purchasing and invoice issues; maintain procurement records; collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain; and support compliance and continuous process improvement.

Manage accounts payable administration across the EMEA region, including supplier invoices, employee expenses, payment runs, reconciliations, subledger integrity, supplier queries, month-end accruals, and audit support. The role also provides stakeholder assistance and identifies process improvements. Candidates need finance or accounting qualifications, at least three years of accounts payable experience, ERP expertise, strong Excel and Word skills, and fluency in English with good Dutch.

Manage accounts receivable for EMEA sales branches, including invoicing, VAT verification, payment monitoring, account research, reporting, collections support, direct debit processing, vendor entry approvals, bank communication, month-end activities, discrepancy resolution, and audit support.
