Provides technical and clinical support for customers, distributors, and employees. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing medical devices onsite and remotely, answering product inquiries, resolving escalated issues, managing repair RMAs, and supporting global projects. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical, customer-service, and IT skills, with flexibility to work onsite and variable hours.

Drive enterprise sales of Topcon ophthalmology and optometry software and related equipment across a multi-state West territory. Sell directly and via distributors, build clinical and technical product knowledge, manage the sales process ethically, attend national trade shows, and travel frequently (up to 50%). Support installations and handle physical tasks including lifting instruments and boxes.

Owns multi-country payroll and benefits administration across the United States, Canada, and Australia. Configures and optimizes Workday payroll and benefits, resolves complex system and compliance issues, manages audits, tax filings, vendors, and regulatory requirements, and drives process improvements. Partners with HR, Finance, payroll providers, and benefits brokers to ensure accurate, timely, compliant operations and a strong employee experience.

Lead downstream commercial execution and lifecycle management for Topcon's refraction products. Gather market and customer insights, develop messaging and launch materials, enable sales and field teams, support post-market quality and regulatory collaboration, and partner with R&D on requirements and global product lifecycle activities.

Support Canadian sales by processing and validating orders, preparing quotes, resolving order issues, coordinating with Sales/Finance/Operations, maintaining reports and backlog tracking, assisting with installations and events, and providing bilingual (English/French) customer and sales support.

Provide phone/email/fax support to Topcon export dealers, process and enter orders, provide price quotes, arrange shipments and customs documentation, track order status, troubleshoot basic product issues, and maintain customer and internal communications to ensure timely resolution.
