Lead downstream commercial execution and lifecycle management for Topcon's refraction products. Gather market and customer insights, develop messaging and launch materials, enable sales and field teams, support post-market quality and regulatory collaboration, and partner with R&D on requirements and global product lifecycle activities.

Own supply-chain accounting and reporting for inventory and COGS, partner with purchasing, sales, and operations, perform variance analysis, support audits, maintain internal controls, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.

Install, configure, network, and train clinical staff on Topcon ophthalmic hardware and software. Provide on-site demos, troubleshoot with technical teams, support sales and trade shows, maintain documentation and reports, and perform follow-up training. Role requires heavy travel and collaboration with IT, sales, and field service.

Sell and promote Topcon diagnostic and refractive ophthalmic instruments across the Pacific Northwest territory. Develop and execute territory and annual business plans, perform routine clinical/technical demonstrations, cultivate and maintain customer relationships, manage CRM account profiles, collaborate with internal teams, attend trade shows, and meet sales quotas with significant travel and physical handling of equipment.

Install, configure, network, and train clinical staff on ophthalmic imaging devices and software. Provide on-site demos, troubleshooting support, coordinate with IT, maintain documentation and reports, and travel frequently for installs, trade shows, and follow-up training.

Provide phone/email/fax support to Topcon export dealers, process and enter orders, provide price quotes, arrange shipments and customs documentation, track order status, troubleshoot basic product issues, and maintain customer and internal communications to ensure timely resolution.

Provide on-site installation, configuration, networking, training, and support for ophthalmic imaging devices. Deliver clinical training to physicians and staff, assist IT integration, support demos and trade shows, maintain documentation, and coordinate heavy travel for customer-facing deployments.
