Provides bilingual English-French technical and clinical support to customers, distributors, and employees. Troubleshoots and repairs medical imaging products onsite, remotely, and at customer locations; manages escalated issues and repair RMAs. The role also interprets technical resources, supports global projects, and resolves customer inquiries while working independently. Candidates need an associate or bachelor’s degree in electronics, biomedical technology, computer science, or a related field, plus strong IT, communication, troubleshooting, and medical device repair skills.

Supports corporate tax compliance by preparing federal, state, local, sales/use, property, and other tax filings; gathering and validating financial data; reconciling tax accounts; maintaining records; researching tax requirements; monitoring deadlines; and assisting with audits and special projects. Collaborates with Accounting and Finance teams while developing practical knowledge of tax regulations, reporting, and compliance under the guidance of experienced professionals.
