Supervise and coach hourly sales team; conduct call observations and one-on-ones; train new hires; monitor sales performance, CRM usage, attendance, and overtime; assist with recruiting, evaluations, pricing/policy questions, and cross-department liaison; serve as Manager on Duty one evening weekly.

Manage accounts payable processes including invoice review, GL coding, vendor reconciliations, corporate card transaction review, and AP inquiries. Monitor aging and PO reports, collaborate with procurement and operations on discrepancies, assist with returns/credits, support cash flow tracking, quarter/year-end close and audits, and use Excel and other systems to summarize data and maintain policies and procedures.

Manage and maintain controlled-substance regulatory compliance for distribution operations: approve CII-V orders, suspicious order monitoring, licensing, ARCOS/CSOS reporting, SOP creation, audits, liaison with IT for automation/AI projects, and support compliance staff.

Perform outbound inside sales to independent pharmacies: qualify leads, prospect, cold contact, set appointments, present products, secure orders via company software, meet/exceed quotas, build client relationships, maintain industry and drug-name knowledge, use CRM and Windows tools, and attend training to improve performance.

Manage and coordinate regulatory compliance for controlled substance distribution, ensuring DEA and state pharmacy regulations. Oversee licensing, suspicious order monitoring, ARCOS and CSOS reporting, SOPs, audits, automation/AI projects, and act as backup to senior compliance coordinator. Provide liaison work with IT and support compliance clerks.

Execute outbound inside sales to pharmacies: prospect, cold contact, qualify leads, set appointments, present products, place orders, and meet sales quotas. Build trusted customer relationships, use company sales software/CRM, stay current on drug names and industry changes, and hit revenue and performance targets while providing excellent customer service.

Process and manage accounts payable tasks including invoice coding, vendor communication, corporate card reviews, aging and PO monitoring, reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and support for audits and month/quarter/year-end close. Use Excel and company systems to summarize data, resolve discrepancies, collaborate with Procurement/DC teams, and maintain AP policies and documentation.
