Supervise and develop account managers through coaching, call observations, training, performance monitoring, and one-on-one meetings. Support recruiting, onboarding, evaluations, sales process adherence, CRM usage, scheduling, attendance, and issue resolution. Serve as Manager on Duty one evening weekly and coordinate with procurement, compliance, credit, and collections teams. Help maintain sales goals, team engagement, and company culture.

Conduct outbound sales to independent pharmacies, qualify leads, cold call prospects, schedule appointments, present pharmaceutical products, negotiate pricing, secure orders, and meet revenue quotas. The role builds customer relationships, promotes generic pharmaceuticals and pharmacy products, shares industry information, supports electronic ordering, and maintains knowledge of drug names and market developments.

Manages customer pricing requests, builds quotes, delivers pricing to account managers, analyzes pricing reports and outliers, recommends counterpricing, monitors competitor trends, and reports department metrics. Maintains pricing procedures while supporting profitability, productivity, and sales operations. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, math, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern.
