Leads and supports a technical integration implementation team responsible for connecting the platform with construction and accounting software. Manages customer integrations, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, migrations, workflows, budgets, and performance metrics. Partners with Engineering, Product, Solution Engineering, and QA teams to gather requirements and develop integration enhancements. Coaches team members, coordinates priorities and resources, ensures project deadlines and quality standards, and promotes effective client communication and satisfaction.

Identify and engage prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule strategy sessions for Account Executives. Meet high-volume outbound activity metrics, qualify leads, maintain outreach cadences, nurture prospects to achieve show-up and MAU targets, collaborate with sales team, represent the company at trade shows, and continuously refine outreach techniques.

Generate and qualify outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn; hit daily call/talk-time and monthly meeting KPIs; set and nurture Strategy Sessions; collaborate with Account Executives; track leads in CRM; occasionally travel to trade shows; continuously improve outreach using established sales methodologies.
