Leads Tonal’s Experiences engineering team of six, owning the member experience roadmap across trainer, mobile app, and backend platforms. Responsibilities include people management, hiring, coaching, performance management, delivery execution, technical quality, reliability, performance, testing, release health, architecture review, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Data Science, Content, and executives. The role requires maintaining technical depth while improving team effectiveness and shipping consumer-facing experiences.

Leads architecture and delivery across device, mobile app, and cloud systems. Sets technical direction, drives cross-team initiatives, writes production code, guides migrations, resolves complex issues, and improves reliability, observability, security, cost, and developer workflows. Mentors senior and Staff engineers, establishes scalable technical decision practices, and partners with data science, AI, and platform teams on production integrations.

Owns end-to-end solution architecture across NetSuite, Salesforce, iPaaS, and connected business applications. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process redesign, technical and integration design, testing, delivery, governance, training, troubleshooting, and mentoring. The role supports commerce, finance, fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and reverse logistics processes while influencing enterprise architecture and the Business Systems roadmap.

Lead Tonal’s fitness talent brand and partnership strategy, managing the external talent agency, developing coach growth roadmaps, evaluating commercial opportunities, and coordinating brand partnerships, campaigns, social activations, events, and appearances. Advise coaches on positioning and opportunities while ensuring alignment with Tonal’s business goals, audience trust, legal requirements, and brand standards. Build scalable workflows, manage campaign delivery, assess agency performance, and collaborate with Marketing, PR, Content, Performance, Legal, and Brand Partnerships.

Leads Tonal’s brand creative vision and hands-on design across campaigns, product launches, paid media, social, web, email, retail, and events. Establishes visual standards, identity systems, and creative guidelines while partnering with marketing, growth, product, content, agencies, and external talent. The role also builds the internal creative function, mentors designers, manages resources, and translates complex technology and fitness benefits into compelling consumer stories.

Design and maintain mechanical parts and systems for existing and next-generation products. Lead design improvements, cost-saving initiatives, prototyping, testing, and production yield enhancements. Collaborate across teams and with contract manufacturers, communicate deliverables to management, and own mechanical subsystems and partnerships. The role requires hands-on mechanism design, FEA, SolidWorks modeling, materials and manufacturing expertise, and full product lifecycle experience.
