Produce and edit photo and video content across channels (web, social, paid, email, retail). Lead end-to-end shoots from pre-production through delivery, collaborate with brand and studio teams, direct on-camera talent, and optimize assets for each channel while maintaining a cohesive visual point of view.

Support strategy and corporate development by conducting market and competitive research, building financial models and business cases, evaluating partnerships and deals, and preparing executive-ready analyses and presentations. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, support negotiations, and produce board and leadership materials.

The Production Assistant supports studio operations, prepares equipment, manages studio cleanliness, assists during shoots, and provides general team support.

Lead cross-functional programs to reduce product cost and improve customer experience; develop global supply chain for new products; manage NPI procurement, tooling strategy, component/subassembly/CM quoting and cost control; ensure manufacturability, testability, and supply readiness; coordinate partners across US, Mexico, Taiwan, and China, and communicate risks and resolutions.

Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close and ASC 606 revenue recognition processes. Manage deferred revenue analyses, AR aging for retail partners, order-to-cash, billing dispute resolution, revenue metrics, audit support, process improvements, and mentor junior team members.

Tag, organize, and maintain Tonal's content and media asset library using detailed metadata and taxonomy work. Manage post-production and CMS pipelines, verify production documents against workout programming, perform quality control on final exports, and support operational trackers and cross-department coordination.
