Supports daily studio and workplace operations by maintaining clean, stocked, guest-ready spaces; coordinating front desk coverage, deliveries, supplies, catering, events, visitors, access, and workstations; assisting production activities, travel schedules, wardrobe logistics, expenses, and talent operations. The role partners with production and workplace leaders to address operational needs and create a welcoming environment for employees, guests, contractors, and production teams.

Leads Tonal’s global People and Culture function across corporate and retail teams. Owns people strategy, organizational design, talent acquisition, total rewards, culture, communications, compliance, HR systems, analytics, workplace experience, and employee relations across the US and Canada. Partners with executive leadership and the board on compensation and equity while developing a team of approximately 10 People professionals.

Leads Tonal’s Experiences engineering team of six, owning the member experience roadmap across trainer, mobile app, and backend platforms. Responsibilities include people management, hiring, coaching, performance management, delivery execution, technical quality, reliability, performance, testing, release health, architecture review, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Data Science, Content, and executives. The role requires maintaining technical depth while improving team effectiveness and shipping consumer-facing experiences.
