As a Business Development Representative, you'll engage homebuyers, manage a sales pipeline, collaborate with Loan Advisors, and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.

Own Tomo’s data function, strategy, roadmap, platform health, and cross-functional measurement. Build and lead teams spanning data science, analytics, business intelligence, and data engineering. Design experiments, marketing attribution models, SQL queries, and dbt models while maintaining reliable data infrastructure. Partner with Product, Engineering, and executives to improve instrumentation, translate business questions into insights, and establish scalable data processes.

The Post Closing Coordinator reviews and verifies closed loan documents, ensures compliance with guidelines, communicates with stakeholders, and manages loan packages for investor delivery.

Lead, coach, and manage a high-volume inside sales team (Pre-Approval Advisors). Drive daily execution across outreach, pipeline conversion, hiring and onboarding, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to improve conversion and customer experience.

Own month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes; prepare and post complex journal entries; perform GL, balance sheet, intercompany, and bank reconciliations; maintain fixed asset and lease (ASC 842) accounting; prepare accruals; support reporting, audits, AP review, process documentation, and accounting process improvements.
