Manage daily operation of a 45–50 vehicle loaner fleet: schedule check-outs/returns, track condition/mileage/fuel, coordinate maintenance, conduct walk-arounds, handle documentation, support service team, perform customer follow-up calls, and assist with service department administrative and operational tasks.

Greet and guide customers through vehicle purchases, explain features and financing, arrange test drives, complete accurate paperwork, build long-term relationships, collaborate with teams, and meet sales targets.

Serve as the dealerships first point of contact by greeting guests, handling phones, directing inquiries, and providing administrative support including mail, data entry, filing, and event assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
