Respond to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries; understand customer vehicle needs; recommend options; guide buyers through the purchasing process; schedule appointments; maintain CRM records; and coordinate with sales and dealership departments. The role emphasizes timely communication, relationship building, customer service, teamwork, evening and Saturday availability, and flexibility to assist throughout the dealership.

Greet customers, write and manage quick-service repair orders, recommend and explain maintenance and services, coordinate with technicians, communicate findings and estimates, maintain documentation and customer relationships, and help keep the service drive organized and efficient.

Engage customers in person, online, and by phone to help them find and buy vehicles. Maintain and follow up on leads, present and sell vehicles, stay organized, and learn sales techniques through hands-on training. Role is commission-based and requires weekend availability.
