Manages finance, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, collections, budgeting support, and reporting for Tolomatic’s European operations. Coordinates customer orders, purchasing, inventory, import/export logistics, customs documentation, facilities, IT support, insurance, regulatory correspondence, and office administration. Requires daily collaboration in English and German with the Germany-based team, occasional international travel, and hybrid work at the Medina headquarters.

Develops controls software and motion libraries for integrated motor products and automation systems. Designs and integrates PLCs, drives, feedback systems, robots, HMIs, sensors, safety systems, and industrial communications. Responsibilities include electrical schematics, system architecture, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer and internal technical support. The role also supports control-system test equipment and requires lawful access to ITAR-controlled technical data.

Manage European operations across bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, accounts receivable and payable, order and sales administration, logistics, customs, payroll support, compliance, office administration, and supplier coordination. The role works with US headquarters, customers, vendors, advisors, auditors, authorities, and corporate teams while supporting budgeting, forecasting, inventory processes, and special projects.
