Collaborates with customers, product managers, program managers, and cross-functional teams on requirements, trade-offs, proposals, risk assessments, and roadmaps. Represents the company in customer design reviews and provides technical leadership for high-visibility programs.

Sets up and operates CNC ID and OD cylindrical grinders to produce components from engineering drawings. Performs repetitive machining operations, verifies finished work using inspection equipment and measurement methods, meets customer and quality specifications, completes jobs by scheduled due dates, and reports progress through the scheduling system.
