Teams at Toloka

Design and deliver end-to-end data labeling and ML pipelines using Toloka's platform. Act as primary technical contact for clients, lead discovery and solution design, run pilots, monitor KPIs, troubleshoot delivery, and optimize quality, cost, and scalability while coordinating internal teams and stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end execution and scaling of Physical AI data collection programs (egocentric/exocentric video, teleoperation, multisensory). Manage global operations, contributors, and cross-functional teams to meet quality, throughput, cost, and timeline targets while building client relationships and improving processes from pilot to production.

Own end-to-end product design for Tendem or Self-Service: craft workflows for task scoping, quoting, HITL review, onboarding, and results delivery; run UX research and usability tests; translate regulatory constraints (EU AI Act, GDPR) into designs; evolve the design system; collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, legal, and analytics to validate solutions.
