Prepares menu items and therapeutic diets using standardized recipes and sanitary food-handling techniques. Supports tray assembly, meal scheduling, food and supply receiving, equipment care, cleaning, and compliance with long-term care dietary procedures. Communicates with residents, families, and staff, attends required training, and reports food or equipment needs. Requires the ability to lift at least 25 pounds and stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk throughout most of the workday.
