Supervise and implement nursing policies, ensure appropriate unit staffing, conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs, observe and ensure ordered treatments are delivered, assist with orientation and clinical placement, arrange hospital transfers, administer nursing care and medications as needed, and support departmental planning and development.

Supervise nursing units by implementing policies, ensuring appropriate staffing, rounding on residents, observing care, orienting new nurses and students, arranging transfers, administering treatments/medication as needed, and assisting with departmental planning and goals.

Greet and direct visitors, answer and route calls, record long-distance calls, take messages, manage mail and deliveries, maintain visitor and resident logs, follow safety/security procedures, assist staff and residents as needed, and perform switchboard and light clerical duties. Bilingual Spanish required.
