Greet and direct visitors, answer and route calls, record long-distance calls, take messages, manage mail and deliveries, maintain visitor and resident logs, follow safety/security procedures, assist staff and residents as needed, and perform switchboard and light clerical duties. Bilingual Spanish required.

Supervise nursing units by implementing policies, ensuring appropriate staffing, rounding to assess resident needs, observing care and treatments, orienting new nurses/students, arranging transfers, and supporting departmental goals. May provide direct nursing care and medication administration.

Provide administrative support including purchasing office equipment and supplies, managing invoices, coordinating mail, events, meetings and check requests, handling M-System order submissions, supporting timekeeping and payroll for PACE, front desk backup, and creating flyers and communications. Facilitate interdepartmental communication across multiple program sites.

Supervise and implement nursing policies, ensure appropriate unit staffing, conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs, observe and ensure ordered treatments are delivered, assist with orientation and clinical placement, arrange hospital transfers, administer nursing care and medications as needed, and support departmental planning and development.
