Coordinates new employee onboarding from scheduling and orientation through documentation, system access, equipment, training, and readiness completion. Maintains trackers, records, issue logs, and audit evidence; communicates with HR, recruiting, training, IT, facilities, payroll, program leaders, and new employees. Identifies delays, follows up with accountable owners, escalates risks, supports surveys and process improvements, and protects confidential employee information.

Provides clinical leadership for children’s and family mental health services. Supervises clinical staff, oversees treatment and documentation, coordinates training, ensures compliance with agency and regulatory standards, and supports positive client outcomes. Requires statewide travel approximately 50%, flexible scheduling, and work with diverse populations.

Provides trauma-informed clinical services to youth and families, including assessments, treatment planning, individual and family counseling, therapeutic groups, skill building, psychiatric supports, case management, and CFTSS services. Establishes medical necessity and works in a community-based setting. Requires a master’s degree, qualifying clinical license, relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, resume screening, candidate outreach, hiring-manager partnership, applicant communication, documentation, compliance, and background checks. Build talent pipelines through networking, job boards, social media, and recruitment events. Analyze recruiting data, recommend strategy improvements, support retention initiatives, and collaborate with marketing on employment communications. The role requires maintaining current knowledge of recruiting trends and working a flexible schedule.

Provides behavioral health treatment, assessments, crisis plans, individualized treatment plans, counseling, and social-emotional skills groups for children in non-secure detention. Maintains clinical documentation, collaborates with families, caseworkers, probation and court stakeholders, supports discharge planning, delivers telehealth services, trains staff, and participates in supervision and team meetings. The role is primarily on-site in Canaan and may require limited travel to another facility.

Supports youth academic progress by coordinating course enrollment, credits, exams, schedules, and educational programming. Maintains relationships with school districts, contracted institutions, regulatory bodies, and community partners. Oversees student management data, prepares statistics, supports compliance with educational regulations, coordinates events and activities, and contributes to discharge planning and the organization’s educational mission.

Provide daily educational support, supervision, and mentorship to youth in non-secure detention. Assist re-entry to classroom, GED/HS prep, life skills, incident documentation, shift coordination, medication administration training, basic household tasks, and collaborate with case managers, probation officers, educators, and mental health staff to ensure youth safety and continuity of care.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer phones, maintain sign-in logs, data entry, upload documents, file/scan/shred, order supplies, process invoices, assist with training registration and new-hire paperwork, and liaise with landlord.
