The Educational Coordinator assists youth with academic goals, schedules school activities, ensures compliance with laws, and maintains communication with educational institutions.

The Case Manager supervises youth, delivers case management services, communicates with families and agencies, and collaborates to create individual service plans in a Secure Detention program.

The Employee Relations Specialist conducts workplace investigations, advises on employee issues, manages ER training, and oversees various initiatives in HR.

The Senior Education Counselor assists youth in a detention setting, providing educational support and mentorship while coordinating with staff and maintaining documentation for safety and care.

Lead statewide clinical programs, supervise and evaluate clinical staff, ensure compliance with treatment and paperwork, provide clinician supervision toward licensure, coordinate trainings, manage hiring/onboarding and employee relations, attend stakeholder meetings, and oversee corrective actions to improve clinical outcomes for youth and families.

Provide intake screening and assessments for detained youth, deliver individual counseling and case management, coordinate with families, courts and community resources, develop service plans and case histories, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise youth, and maintain required safety/first-aid certifications.

Provide clinical services to at-risk youth in a residential setting, maintain required certifications (TCI, First Aid/CPR), travel occasionally to other facilities, and work with economically, culturally, and emotionally diverse and challenged populations. Maintain licensure (LMSW required; LCSW preferred) and a valid driver’s license.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer phones, maintain sign-in logs, data entry, upload documents, file/scan/shred, order supplies, process invoices, assist with training registration and new-hire paperwork, and liaise with landlord.
