Provides front-office and administrative support, including answering phones, managing visitor logs, directing inquiries, data entry, document processing, filing, scanning, invoice submission, supply ordering, office upkeep, training coordination, compliance tracking, landlord communication, and new-hire paperwork.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, resume screening, candidate outreach, hiring-manager partnership, applicant communication, documentation, compliance, and background checks. Build talent pipelines through networking, job boards, social media, and recruitment events. Analyze recruiting data, recommend strategy improvements, support retention initiatives, and collaborate with marketing on employment communications. The role requires maintaining current knowledge of recruiting trends and working a flexible schedule.
