Collaborate with clinical and business teams to design, customize, and optimize Netsmart MyEVOLV and cross-system BI solutions. Build automated data workflows, reports, and dashboards using Power BI/Power Platform and M365, ensure HIPAA and NIST compliance, document requirements, and support AI/automation integration to improve operational and clinical decision-making.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer phones, maintain sign-in logs, data entry, upload documents, file/scan/shred, order supplies, process invoices, assist with training registration and new-hire paperwork, and liaise with landlord.

The Coordinator of Change Management drives quality improvement initiatives, manages projects, analyzes data, communicates progress, mitigates risks, trains staff, and ensures compliance with standards.
