Teams at Together for Youth

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, resume screening, candidate outreach, hiring-manager partnership, applicant communication, documentation, compliance, and background checks. Build talent pipelines through networking, job boards, social media, and recruitment events. Analyze recruiting data, recommend strategy improvements, support retention initiatives, and collaborate with marketing on employment communications. The role requires maintaining current knowledge of recruiting trends and working a flexible schedule.

Provides behavioral health treatment, assessments, crisis plans, individualized treatment plans, counseling, and social-emotional skills groups for children in non-secure detention. Maintains clinical documentation, collaborates with families, caseworkers, probation and court stakeholders, supports discharge planning, delivers telehealth services, trains staff, and participates in supervision and team meetings. The role is primarily on-site in Canaan and may require limited travel to another facility.

Supports youth academic progress by coordinating course enrollment, credits, exams, schedules, and educational programming. Maintains relationships with school districts, contracted institutions, regulatory bodies, and community partners. Oversees student management data, prepares statistics, supports compliance with educational regulations, coordinates events and activities, and contributes to discharge planning and the organization’s educational mission.
