Lead the design, development, integration, and maintenance of scalable web applications and customer experience solutions using .NET, Kentico CMS, and Genesys Cloud. Responsibilities include full-stack development, REST API and enterprise integrations, SQL Server database work, front-end development, cloud services, CI/CD, security, performance optimization, debugging, and technical leadership.

Leads Workday HCM Compensation design, configuration, demonstrations, requirements documentation, knowledge transfer, testing, rollout, and functional support for higher education or government clients. Produces user stories, end-to-end testing scenarios and results, and cutover-plan input. Requires Workday Compensation certification and prior Workday experience, with hybrid work and periodic travel in Georgia.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated UI, functional, and regression test suites using TestComplete and Playwright. Perform API testing, defect tracking, debugging, and CI/CD integration while supporting QA processes, test planning, and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Developers will modernize Java applications by upgrading Spring Boot from 2.7 to 3.5 and Java from versions 11/17 to 21. Responsibilities include resolving Maven build and dependency issues, addressing compatibility challenges, supporting testing, troubleshooting upgrade-related problems, and ensuring successful application modernization. Python may be used as a supporting skill but is not required.

Lead enterprise API and integration solution design, development, implementation, and support using IBM API Connect. Guide technical teams, mentor junior developers, manage end-to-end API lifecycles, and build secure, scalable, reusable services. Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans while applying Kubernetes, containerized cloud-native architectures, API security, REST/SOAP, and integration technologies. AWS, OpenShift, IBM ACE, IBM MQ, CI/CD, and DevOps experience are strong advantages.

Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes spanning forecasting, planning, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, conduct root-cause analysis, define KPIs, create process maps and SOPs, and identify automation opportunities. Translate operational needs into business and system requirements, support solution implementation and testing, quantify benefits, and communicate progress and recommendations to leadership.

Develop and modernize Java applications by upgrading Spring Boot from 2.7 to 3.5 and Java from versions 11/17 to 21. Troubleshoot Maven build files, dependencies, compatibility issues, testing, and migration challenges. Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot expertise is required; Python experience is beneficial but optional. This is a hybrid role based in Canada.

Design and maintain scalable .NET/C# applications while building AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents on Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities include prompt and context engineering, RAG pipelines, tool orchestration, memory and state management, agent evaluation, and enterprise integrations. Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams; conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote software and AI engineering best practices.
