Design and maintain scalable .NET/C# applications while building AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents on Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities include prompt and context engineering, RAG pipelines, tool orchestration, memory and state management, agent evaluation, and enterprise integrations. Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams; conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote software and AI engineering best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure and reusable cloud components across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Build and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment strategies, integrate testing and security checks, and manage infrastructure lifecycle activities. Support containerized cloud-native environments, monitoring, logging, production releases, incident management, and root-cause analysis while collaborating with development, QA, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams.

Lead product efforts for observability and AI-driven AIOps in a hybrid Burlington, MA engagement. Drive Dynatrace SaaS/Davis AI/DQL/Grail-based observability, log analytics, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and causality analysis across Kubernetes, cloud, microservices, and SaaS platforms. Collaborate with platform engineering, reliability, DevOps, and automation teams; regulated-enterprise experience preferred.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for supply chain and logistics features, prioritize initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data and market trends, ensure timely high-quality releases, and continuously optimize product performance using user feedback and emerging supply chain technologies.
