Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ engineering and administration, perform mandatory EOS/EOL upgrades, design and implement IGA solutions, develop custom workflows/connectors and integrations (REST, SCIM, JDBC), manage identity lifecycle, provisioning, certifications and RBAC, troubleshoot integrations, support onboarding, and ensure compliance and SDLC best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ identity governance solutions. Build integrations, connectors, workflows and RBAC; support access provisioning, lifecycle management, audit readiness and EOS/EOL upgrades. Troubleshoot connectivity, implement new features, document solutions, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to meet IAM requirements.

Administer and document the Qlik environment, design/develop and optimize Qlik Sense applications, troubleshoot issues, manage Qlik Cloud (DataGateways, Automation, Governance), and engage business stakeholders to translate needs into analytics solutions.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware in C/C++ for microcontrollers, implement communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN), debug hardware and firmware using tools like oscilloscopes and JTAG, work with RTOS (FreeRTOS preferred), collaborate across hardware and software teams, and maintain code quality and documentation with Git.

Manage end-to-end, high-volume IT recruitment for US State Government clients: source, screen, submit candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, maintain ATS records, and ensure state-specific compliance and documentation.

Lead design, deployment, and optimization of SAP systems, architect cloud solutions, enforce security, oversee audits, and mentor junior engineers.
