Lead process engineering design and execution for mining, mineral processing, material handling, and heavy industrial facilities. Develop PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, and equipment designs; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; oversee quality, safety, commissioning, and client expectations. Support proposals, business development, client relationships, conferences, and project pursuits. Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards and best practices. Regular travel to offices, project sites, and industrial facilities is expected.

Provides mechanical engineering expertise for HVAC, plumbing, process mechanical, piping, ventilation, and balance-of-plant projects. Manages multidisciplinary projects, budgets, schedules, contracts, quality assurance, and client relationships. Leads business development, proposal efforts, project pursuits, conferences, and client interviews while serving as a technical expert and occasional project manager.

Designs mechanical systems for industrial plants and building systems, preparing drawings with CAD software, performing basic mechanical calculations, and completing redline revisions. The role supports multidisciplinary engineering projects involving process piping, ductwork, and other industrial systems. Candidates work in a hybrid arrangement near Duluth or Bloomington, Minnesota, with travel under 10%.

Summer electrical engineering intern assisting with studies, specifications, drawings, and construction administration for building electrical systems, including power, lighting, and signal systems.
