The role translates organizational priorities into business plans, expands market presence, connects clients with TKDA capabilities, and represents the firm across professional and community organizations.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and nontechnical roles, develop workforce plans and talent networks, run campus engagement and recruitment marketing, ensure an engaging candidate journey through onboarding, and support sourcing, interviewing, and regional recruiting events.
